What happens between his message and the reply
A reply is never improvised. It is the result of a fixed sequence: read, place, decide, calibrate, write. Here is the order, and why it never changes.
The six beats of a reply
1. It reads what is said, and what is not
The intent behind the message: curiosity, desire, hesitation, irritation, innuendo. A fan killing time is not handled like a fan reaching for his card. That reading drives everything else.
2. It places the relationship
Where are we: first exchange or third month? How many messages so far, what he already bought, declined, the tier where he says yes. The same sentence does not call for the same answer at turn 2 and turn 40.
3. It decides whether there is a sale to make
Selling too early drops conversion by a third. If the tension is not there, no offer is made: the conversation continues and the offer waits for its moment.
4. It chooses what to offer
Not the promo of the day blasted to everyone: the content that fits this exact fan, in the format he usually buys. Relevance is what converts.
5. It places the price
At the tier this fan actually pays, with the pricing rule that applies to his profile (they differ from one profile to the next). Never below the floor the agency set.
6. It writes in her voice
The creator’s words, her punctuation, the way she breaks up sentences. Then one last check before sending: nothing contradicting the scene already set, nothing promising content that does not exist, nothing repeating the previous turn.
You keep your hands on the wheel
It runs on its own, but nothing escapes you: everything is visible, adjustable and reversible from the dashboard.
- You watch every conversation live from the dashboard
- You take over any exchange, at any moment
- It never promises content that does not exist
- You set the floor prices; it does not go below them
- You pause it in one click, creator by creator
- Every reply is traceable: you always know what was said
